Requesting a chauffeur for US and cross-border travel
Every itinerary submitted here is read by a person. A concierge reviews the route, the vehicle and the timing, then returns a written all-in quote in US dollars — normally within fifteen minutes during business hours. Nothing is charged when you send the request; a secure checkout link follows the quote, and only then do you choose between a deposit that holds the vehicle and payment of the fare in full.
We serve New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Chicago with airport transfers and corporate roadshows: arrivals at JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, LAX, SFO, O'Hare and Midway, monitored against your flight; multi-stop investor days and executive programmes with the same chauffeur held for the duration; and evening hospitality where discretion matters as much as punctuality.
Canada to US journeys are a speciality rather than an exception. Toronto to Buffalo, Detroit to Windsor, and the wider Ontario–New York and Ontario–Michigan corridors run with the border crossing, timing and trip documentation prepared in advance on our side, and roughly 45 minutes of border wait built into the schedule so the itinerary still holds. Private aviation transfers are arranged in the same way, with curbside or apron pickup coordinated directly with your FBO or flight department.
The fleet is consistent across every city: black Chevrolet Suburban, Cadillac Escalade ESV and GMC Yukon XL Denali SUVs with quilted-leather interiors, ample luggage capacity and privacy glass. Journeys are delivered by our own chauffeurs and, in US markets, by a carefully vetted affiliate network held to the same standards of insurance, background screening, vehicle age and presentation — so the service you receive in Chicago matches the service you received in Toronto.
Answered before you ask.
- How quickly is a reservation confirmed?
- Live U.S. estimates appear as soon as pickup and drop-off addresses resolve. A concierge then confirms the final all-in USD rate and your chauffeur assignment in writing, normally within fifteen minutes during business hours and inside the hour overnight.
- Do I pay a deposit or the full fare?
- Both options are offered once your quote is confirmed, and nothing is charged when you submit the itinerary. A 30% deposit holds the vehicle and chauffeur with the balance settled after service, or you may pay the fare in full through the same secure Stripe checkout link. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted, and corporate accounts may settle by invoice.
- What is the cancellation window?
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before pickup are complimentary and refunded in full. Between 48 and 72 hours before pickup, 50% of the reservation is charged. Inside 48 hours the reservation is non-refundable, because the vehicle and chauffeur are committed to your journey by then.
- How much airport wait time is included?
- Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after your flight lands, with arrivals monitored in real time so a delayed flight costs you nothing. Your chauffeur meets you at the agreed point and assists with luggage; waiting beyond the included hour is billed in fifteen-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.
- Can you provide child seats?
- Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are available at no additional charge and are installed and inspected by your chauffeur before pickup. Please note the age and weight of each child in the reservation notes so the correct seat is fitted, and allow us to confirm availability for same-day requests.
- What documentation is required for cross-border journeys?
- Canada to U.S. and U.S. to Canada journeys run on our own vehicles and chauffeurs, and our concierge prepares the trip paperwork, border crossing point and timing on our side. Every passenger must carry a valid passport, plus any visa, eTA or NEXUS credential their nationality requires; customs and immigration decisions remain with the border officers, and we allow roughly 45 minutes of border wait in every cross-border itinerary.
